Our TAFE courses

University courses aren't all we offer. Study one of our TAFE courses and you can head straight into the workforce or use it as a stepping stone to an undergraduate degree.

Our Vocational Training and Education Centre (VTEC) offers TAFE courses at the Kalgoorlie and Esperance campuses. There are currently over 90 certificates, diplomas, traineeships and apprenticeships available, with very flexible study options. In fact, some of our courses are delivered entirely in the workplace - we come to you!

While these courses will give you the necessary skills to head straight into the workforce, you may also be able to use your VTEC qualification as a stepping stone to university. You may even be eligible for credit toward your chosen university degree which could allow you to finish your studies faster than normal.
