How to apply

1. Check the entry requirements for the course you're interested in

It's important to check the entry requirements for your intended course before beginning the application process. Remember, entry requirements are minimum requirements for a course and the qualifications and experience of past candidates have usually exceeded these.

2. Download, print and complete the application form

For all postgraduate coursework degrees except the Graduate Diploma in Education (Secondary Education)*, download and complete the form below. This form is for coursework only. Application forms for research degrees can be found at the Research Forms page.

* Applicants for the Graduate Diploma in Education (Secondary Education) must apply through the Tertiary Institutions Service Centre (TISC).

3. Attach supplementary information if necessary

Some courses require supplementary information to support your application. See the list of courses for which you must provide supplementary information, and if your course is listed, download the relevant guidelines for application.

4. Submit your application to your faculty's Student Services Office

The contact details for each Student Services Office can be found on the application form. Each faculty sets its own application closing date and these are subject to change. Please contact the relevant faculty for their closing date.

Coming from another university

If you're coming from another university to study at Curtin, the application process is the same as that stated above. Depending upon the course you have studied previously and the course you want to apply for, we may award you credit toward the completion of your degree.

The courses listed below require supplementary information to support your application. Please familiarise yourself with the requirements and ensure the documents are submitted as part of the application process.

If your course is NOT listed below, you are not required to supply supplimentary information with your application and need only download and complete the application form [.pdf - 168 kB].
