How to apply

If you missed the TISC deadline for application to Curtin (25 January) or didn't switch your preferences in time, you may still be able to get in by applying directly to the faculty that delivers the course you wish to study. We call it direct entry. Applications close 12 February 2010.

Step one: find your course

Find the course you wish to study with our course overview and check that you meet the entry requirements. These are shown in the right-hand column. If you do meet the entry requirements, move onto step two. If you don't, there are other ways to get into Curtin - learn about the different ways to get in.

Step two: contact the relevant school

Check that your course is still accepting applications by contacting the relevant faculty. Contact details for the faculty that delivers your course are shown in the right-hand column in the course overview.

Step three: download the forms

Download and complete an application for admission form [.pdf - 104 kB] and attach any supporting documentation. This may include STAT results, certified copies of TAFE certificates or diplomas, certified copies of university qualifications, etc.

If you think you may be eligible for credit on the basis of previous study or work experience, download and complete a Recognition of Prior Learning form [.pdf - 122 kB] and attach any supporting documentation, as outlined on the form. Read more about credit for previous study or work experience here.

Step four: submit your application

Applicants for the UniReady Enabling Program should visit the our eLearn site for instructions on submitting the application form. For all other courses, submit your application form (and application for recognition of prior learning, if applicable) to the relevant location below, before 12 February 2010. Good luck!
