Parent Information Evening
We hold two Parent Information Evenings per year for parents of high school students.
This section of the site is designed to help you give your child informed guidance about tertiary study, to help them make the best choices for the future.
The student life section has more about what future Curtin students can expect.
Your questions answered
- How involved should I be?
Providing support but encouraging your child to study autonomously
- What should my child study?
Helping your child decide on a course.
- How will my child benefit?
If university is right for your child, the benefits go far beyond professional recognition.
- Will my child cope?
The workload should be challenging, but not overwhelming.
The Future Students Centre is the first port of call for any further questions you or your child may have about studying at Curtin.
The team at the Centre host information sessions and tours of the Bentley campus throughout the year and parents are welcome to attend. Individual appointments can be booked if you would like to discuss university study, course selection or career pathways.
