Flexible entry pathways

If you don't meet our entry requirements, there are still plenty of ways to gain entry to Curtin.

UniReady Enabling Program

If you're studying a minimum of four stage 2 WACE courses but you don't think you'll meet Curtin's entry requirements, you can still qualify for a range of Business, Humanities and Health Sciences courses after completing the UniReady Enabling Program. It's a free five-week program you can take during January and February at the Bentley campus, in time for the semester one intake. It's can also be completed online during semester one or two.

Step Up

If you're a year 12 student from a regional area and you don't think you'll achieve Curtin's minimum ATAR of 70, you can still gain entry to university through the Step Up program as long as your ATAR is 60 or more. You may also be eligible if you're an Indigenous Australian or you come from an educational, social or financially disadvantaged background, and your ATAR is 60 or above. Learn more.

Bridging courses and pathways

Curtin's other bridging courses include the Enabling Course for Science, Engineering and Health, the Aboriginal Bringing Course and the Indigenous Tertiary Enabling Course.
